Ceuta Flag

The flag of Ceuta is jironada black and white. Known as the Flag of Saint Vincent and Lisbon. It really is one of the oldest in Europe teach, with the colors of the Order of Dominica. Portugal used it as their own and during the Middle Ages became, and still is today, in the banner of its capital, Lisbon.
